The student joins the lesson at the scheduled time and learns directly with the teacher.
Yes. The trial lesson on our main website is free.
No payment is required and no credit card is needed.
During the free trial lesson, you will meet the teacher, discuss your learning goal, attend a live 60-minute lesson, and receive a suitable course or plan recommendation.
Our standard lessons are 60 minutes.
This applies to both regular lessons and the free trial lesson.
After your free trial lesson, we recommend the most suitable monthly plan based on your level, goal, schedule, and learning needs.
Payments are made in advance through the Plans & Fees page using PayPal.
Students can choose a monthly plan or a 3-month payment option.
Yes. Students can save 10% when paying for 3 months in advance through the Plans & Fees page.
Yes. We provide a student progress report every two months.
The report helps parents and students understand progress, strengths, and areas that need more practice.
If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed lessons without enough notice are normally charged and cannot be refunded.
We always try to be fair and supportive when there is a genuine emergency.
If a teacher is unable to attend, we will arrange a makeup lesson at no extra cost.
We will contact the student or parent as soon as possible to arrange a suitable time.
Yes. Parents are welcome to supervise their children’s lessons, especially for younger learners.
We encourage parents to stay informed about their child’s progress.
Yes. Teachers can provide clear English support when needed, especially for beginners and younger students.
Yes. If your learning goal changes, we can help you choose a more suitable course or monthly plan.
Teachers may provide suitable learning materials, practice tasks, or lesson guidance depending on the course and the student’s level.
