1. Introduction

Welcome to Arabic Beacon Academy.

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and our online educational services.

Arabic Beacon Academy is operated as a private online educational service. It provides live online Arabic, Quran, and Tajweed lessons for learners who contact us through our website, booking forms, WhatsApp, email, or payment pages.

By using our website, booking a lesson, contacting us, or purchasing a monthly plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Arabic Beacon Academy provides online educational services, including:

  • Arabic lessons for kids
  • Arabic lessons for adults
  • Arabic grammar lessons
  • Egyptian Arabic lessons
  • Quran and Tajweed lessons

Lessons are delivered live online through video meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar services.

Our standard lessons are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Trial Lessons

We may offer a free trial lesson through our main website.

The purpose of the trial lesson is to understand the student’s level, learning goal, availability, and suitable learning path.

After the trial lesson, we may recommend a suitable course or monthly plan based on the student’s needs.

A trial lesson does not guarantee the availability of a specific teacher, time slot, or long-term schedule.

4. Bookings and Scheduling

Lessons must be booked or scheduled in advance.

Students or parents are responsible for providing accurate contact details, lesson preferences, and availability.

Lesson times are agreed based on teacher availability and student availability.

We may use booking tools such as Bookly or similar services to manage lesson bookings and availability.

5. Payments

Payments are made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Monthly plans and fees are displayed on our Plans & Fees page.

Payment is currently made through PayPal from the Plans & Fees page, unless another payment method is agreed or added later.

A 3-month payment option may be available with a 10% saving when paid in advance.

Students must complete payment before regular monthly lessons begin or continue, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Monthly Plans

Monthly plans are based on a fixed number of 60-minute lessons per month.

The available plans may include 4, 8, 12, or 16 lessons per month.

The student is responsible for choosing a suitable plan or following the plan recommendation given after the trial lesson.

Unused lessons may not automatically carry over to the next month unless this is agreed in advance.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

If enough notice is given, we will try to arrange a suitable makeup lesson based on teacher availability.

Lessons missed without at least 24 hours’ notice are normally charged and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we will arrange a makeup lesson at no extra cost.

8. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • Attend lessons on time
  • Use a stable internet connection
  • Use a working device, microphone, and camera when needed
  • Communicate respectfully with teachers and staff
  • Complete agreed practice or homework where applicable
  • Inform us in advance if they cannot attend a lesson

9. Parents and Children

Some of our lessons may be for children.

When a child takes lessons with us, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for booking, communication, payment, and supervision where appropriate.

Parents or guardians should ensure that children attend lessons in a safe and suitable online learning environment.

10. Teachers and Lesson Delivery

We aim to provide lessons with suitable teachers based on the student’s level, goals, and availability.

We may try to match students with a suitable teacher whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of a specific teacher.

If changes are needed for scheduling, availability, or operational reasons, we may offer an alternative teacher or lesson time where possible.

11. Learning Outcomes

We aim to provide clear, structured, and supportive lessons.

However, learning progress depends on many factors, including attendance, practice, consistency, student effort, prior knowledge, and learning goals.

We do not guarantee fluency, exam results, certification, or a specific outcome within a fixed period.

12. Course Materials

We may provide lesson materials, notes, exercises, or recommendations where appropriate.

Any materials provided are for the student’s personal learning use only.

Students may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, or share our lesson materials without written permission.
